Basic process description
1.Sedimentation tank

2.Bag filter:
The bag filter is a multi-purpose filtration equipment with novel structure, small volume, simple and flexible operation, energy saving, high efficiency, airtight work and strong applicability. Bag filter is a new type of filter system. The inside of the bag filter is supported by a metal mesh basket. The liquid flows in from the inlet and flows out from the outlet after being filtered by the filter bag. The impurities are intercepted in the filter bag and can be used continuously after the filter bag is replaced.
The bag filter is easy to operate. When using, just install the filter bag of the required fineness grade in the filter cartridge, check whether the O-ring seal is in good condition, and then tighten the ring bolt of the filter cartridge cover to start work. After the pump is started, the pressure gauge on the filter rises slightly, and the initial pressure is about 0.05MPa. With the extension of the use time, the filter residue in the cylinder gradually increases. When the pressure reaches 0.4MPa, the cylinder cover should be stopped and opened to check the residue left in the filter bag. If necessary, the filter bag can be replaced and continue to be used (the filter bag can generally be reused by cleaning). The filter pressure is generally adjusted to 0.1-0.3MPa, which can be adjusted through the return line or the return valve on the pump. If the filter pressure is too high, the filter bag and the protection net will be damaged, so special attention should be paid. (just pour out the impurities periodically and put the filter bag back)
3.Quartz sand filter:
As the pretreatment of ultrafiltration equipment, the quartz sand filter mainly intercepts and adsorbs sediment, colloid, metal ions and organic matter.
Quartz sand filter is a filter material that uses quartz sand as a filler. Helps remove impurities in water. It also has the advantages of small filtration resistance, large specific surface area, strong acid and alkali resistance, and good pollution resistance. The unique advantage of the quartz sand filter is that it realizes the self-adaptation of the filter by optimizing the filter material and filter design In operation, the filter material has strong adaptability to raw water concentration, operating conditions, pretreatment process, etc., that is, the filter bed automatically forms a state of upper sparseness and lower density during filtration, which is conducive to ensuring the quality of effluent water under various operating conditions. When washing, the filter material is fully scattered, and the cleaning effect is good. Sand filter can effectively remove suspended solids in water, and has obvious removal effect on colloid, iron, organic matter, pesticide, manganese, bacteria, virus and other pollutants in water. And it has the advantages of fast filtration speed, high filtration precision and large sewage interception capacity. The filter material filled in the quartz sand filter will wear out after a long time of use, and it is generally replaced or added once every 1-2 years.
4.Activated carbon filter:
The work of an activated carbon filter is done through a carbon bed. The activated carbon particles that make up the carbon bed have many micropores and huge specific surface area, and have strong physical adsorption capacity. The water passes through the carbon bed, and the organic pollutants in the water are effectively adsorbed by the activated carbon. In addition, there are some oxygen-containing tube energy groups on the amorphous part of the surface of the activated carbon, so that the organic pollutants in the water passing through the carbon bed are effectively adsorbed by the activated carbon. Activated carbon filter is one of the most commonly used water treatment equipment.
The filter is filled with nutshell activated carbon filter material, the effective particle is generally about 0.4-1.0mm, and the uniformity coefficient is 1.4-2.0. The adsorption characteristics of activated carbon are used to adsorb organic pollutants, microorganisms and dissolved oxygen in water to carbon It can increase the probability of microbial degradation of organic pollutants, prolong the residence time of organic matter, strengthen the biodegradation, and remove the organic matter adsorbed on the carbon surface; it can also remove odors and odors in water, decolorize, remove heavy metals, synthetic detergents As well as dechlorination, in addition to the selective adsorption of activated carbon, it can not only adsorb electrolyte ions, but also control and reduce the oxygen consumption (COD) of potassium permanganate. The equipment has the comprehensive functions of adsorption, biodegradation and filtration treatment, which can not only ensure stable treatment effect, but also have the advantages of high efficiency, shock load resistance, small footprint, easy operation and management, and low operating costs.
5.Precision filter:
Precision filter (also known as security filter), the shell of the cylinder is generally made of stainless steel, and the interior uses tubular filter elements such as PP melt-blown, wire-fired, folded, titanium filter, activated carbon filter, etc. as filter elements, according to different filter media and The design process selects different filter elements to meet the requirements of effluent water quality.
It is used for the solid-liquid separation of various suspensions, the filtration of medicinal liquids with high environmental requirements and high filtration accuracy, and has a wide range of applications, such as medicine, food, chemical industry, environmental protection, water treatment and other industrial fields.
The core component of the precision filter is the filter element. The filter element is a fragile component and needs special protection. Therefore, the pre-treatment is equipped with bag filter + quartz sand + activated carbon filter. The filter element of the precision filter is recommended to be regularly inspected and replaced every 1-3 months. to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
6.Ultrafiltration water purifier
Remove particulate impurities above 0.1μm. It is generally used for further filtration and purification after pretreatment to make the water clearer.
